Yes. Build packs are available to every account right where you build: 5 for $15, 15 for $36, 40 for $80. Pack builds never expire, and a failed build always refunds itself. If you build often, the Creator plan is the better fit — 20 fresh builds every month plus editing and your own portfolio site; that monthly count refreshes each billing cycle rather than carrying over.

Everything needed to keep your site live: managed hosting, your domain connection, SSL (the padlock in the browser), security, our uptime backup system, and editing your site — swap wording, photos, services, reviews and colours whenever you like.

No. You can build your site free and deploy it whenever you’re ready.

Your free first website shows you the whole page before you spend anything. If you want another take, the Creator plan includes 20 builds a month, so you can rebuild until it’s exactly right.

The deploy fee pays for publishing work that happens immediately, so once a site has been deployed that fee is non-refundable. You can cancel your hosting at any time to stop future charges. The full policy is at /refunds.

Yes, you can cancel any time, from your hosting page, or from your website’s dashboard if you pay for its hosting from your own login. Your site stays live until the end of your current billing period; after that it’s taken offline. You can re-subscribe later to bring it back.

Every published site gets a free PagePlug address (yourbusiness.pageplug.ai), or you can connect your own custom domain.

Yes. Connect it from your site’s dashboard — we give you a couple of small records to paste where you bought your domain, and we handle the rest: configuration, SSL, and hosting. No technical knowledge required.

Delete the old record sitting on that exact name first, then add ours. Registrars park placeholder records on new domains (they only point at a parking page, so removing them is safe). One more gotcha: the two TXT records we give you belong on their longer underscore names — never on www itself.

Different dashboards call it different things — “Refers to”, “Alias”, or “Host name”. It’s the same box: enter the short name we show you (like www). Your site’s manage page even relabels the records to match your registrar once it knows where your domain lives.

Your PagePlug address (yourbusiness.pageplug.ai) always acts as a backup. If anything goes wrong with your custom domain, your website stays reachable — it never goes down. That includes the domain itself expiring at your registrar: your site keeps serving at its PagePlug address, and we email you so you can renew it.

Yes. Every site is deployed on our managed, security-hardened infrastructure with SSL included. Unlike DIY or self-coded sites, you never have to think about security patches, certificates, or server maintenance.

Yes. You own the business information and images you provide. We host and serve them as your published website.

Hosting for a client’s site is the client’s to pay, not yours. Once the site is live, send them their login from Hand off to the business owner on its Manage page. The first time they sign in, they set up the hosting on their own card, $10 a month or $120 a year, before anything else opens. You pay the one-time deploy fee when you publish, and what you charge your client for the site is up to you.

Single-site builds include one free regeneration. Once your site is live, editing is included with your hosting — swap photos, contact info, and wording anytime, with a monthly allowance of AI rewrites. For anything else, contact support and we’ll help.
