Yes. Connect it from your site’s dashboard — we give you a couple of small records to paste where you bought your domain, and we handle the rest: configuration, SSL, and hosting. No technical knowledge required.

Delete the old record sitting on that exact name first, then add ours. Registrars park placeholder records on new domains (they only point at a parking page, so removing them is safe). One more gotcha: the two TXT records we give you belong on their longer underscore names — never on www itself.

Different dashboards call it different things — “Refers to”, “Alias”, or “Host name”. It’s the same box: enter the short name we show you (like www). Your site’s manage page even relabels the records to match your registrar once it knows where your domain lives.

Your PagePlug address (yourbusiness.pageplug.ai) always acts as a backup. If anything goes wrong with your custom domain, your website stays reachable — it never goes down.
