Refund and cancellation policy

Publishing a site costs a one time $100 deploy fee, which includes your first 3 months of hosting. After that, hosting renews automatically at $10 a month until you cancel. The Creator plan is $20 a month and renews automatically until you cancel. Build packs are a one time purchase: 5 for $15, 15 for $36, 40 for $80.

You can cancel hosting any time from your hosting page. Your site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, then goes offline. We keep your site data, so subscribing again brings it back. If a renewal payment fails we do not take your site down straight away: there is a grace period while the payment is retried, and you can update your card from the hosting page.

You can cancel the Creator plan any time from your Creator page. It stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Unused builds do not carry over, and sites you have already published keep their own hosting.

The deploy fee pays for publishing work that happens immediately, so once a site has been deployed that fee is non-refundable. Cancelling your hosting subscription stops all future charges, and hosting time you have already paid for is not refunded. Deleting a live site cancels its hosting immediately and does not refund the remaining days you have paid for; the warning says so before you confirm, and cancelling instead keeps the site up until the end of that period. Build-pack purchases are non-refundable once the builds are added to your account; unspent pack builds never expire, and a failed build always refunds its credit automatically.
