Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address and sign-in credentials, or your basic Google profile (name, email) if you sign in with Google.
• Business information: everything you enter while building a site — business name, services, contact details, reviews, colors, the “about” text. This is the material your website is made from.
• Media: the logo, photos, and video you upload for your site.
• Payments: handled entirely by our payment processor on its secure checkout page. We receive confirmation that you paid and your subscription status — we never see or store your card number.
• Operational records: the minimum we need to run the service safely — things like rate-limit counters, AI usage per account (for our spending caps), and a record of when you accepted our terms, including the IP address it was accepted from.
• Support: emails you send to info@pageplug.ai.

To build, host, and serve your website; to process your payments; to deliver inquiries from your website’s contact form to you; to keep the platform safe (automatic content screening and abuse prevention); and to help you when you contact support. We don’t sell your data, rent it, or use it for advertising. Ever.

Your website is generated by AI. That means two concrete data flows: the answers you type are sent to our AI provider to write and design your site, and images you upload are sent once for an automated safety screen before they’re stored. Under the commercial terms we use, our AI provider does not use your data to train its models.

We deliberately keep the list short, and each provider receives only what it needs for its job. We don’t publish vendor names here, but we’ll gladly share the full list on request — email info@pageplug.ai.

• Our database & storage provider — your account, site data, and uploaded media.
• Our payment processor — payments and subscriptions, on its own secure checkout page.
• Our AI provider — site generation and image safety screening (section 3).
• Our content delivery network — serves the published websites and provides the aggregate visit counts in section 6.
• Our application host — runs the PagePlug app itself.
• Our email delivery provider — transactional email, like forwarding your website’s inquiries to you.
• Google — only if you use those features: sign-in with Google, and importing your Google reviews when you ask us to.

Your account, site data, and media are stored in the Asia-Pacific region (Tokyo). Published websites are delivered from a global edge network so they’re fast everywhere, and the PagePlug app runs on globally distributed infrastructure. Wherever data is handled, it moves over encrypted connections.

When someone submits the contact form on a website we host for you, we store that inquiry (name, email, message) and deliver it to the email you chose — that’s the point of the form. We also keep approximate, aggregate visit counts for your site so you can see how it’s doing — a number, not visitor profiles. We put no cookies, no trackers, and no analytics scripts on your visitors’ browsers.

Two kinds, both functional: the session cookies that keep you signed in, and a small cookie that remembers you’ve accepted our terms so we don’t ask again. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner here.

Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS everywhere, including every hosted site). Access to your data inside the platform is scoped so accounts can only ever reach their own rows, payments can only be confirmed by our payment processor’s signed notifications, and each published website is isolated from every other one. Security reviews are part of how we build — details of the model are on the engineering side, but the principle is simple: the system is designed so the safe thing is the only thing it can do.

We keep your account and site data while your account is active, because that’s what keeps your website working — including while a canceled site waits offline in case you re-subscribe. To delete your account and its data, or to ask for a copy of what we hold, email info@pageplug.ai from your account email and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Wherever you live, we honor the basics without making you cite a statute: ask what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it — all via info@pageplug.ai. If your local law (like the GDPR or CCPA) gives you additional rights, those apply too.

PagePlug is a tool for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we’ll remove it.
