Terms of Service

PagePlug is operated by ASAP MARKETING L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It builds and hosts a professional one-page website for a business. You answer questions about the business, our AI generates the site, you review it, and when you publish we handle everything technical: hosting, domain connection, SSL certificates, and security. The service is deliberately simple — one page per site, no online stores, no multi-page sites.

Because the site is generated by AI from your answers, results vary with the information you provide. Your first website is free to build (section 3), you see the whole site before you ever pay to publish it, and rebuilds come with the Creator plan (section 6).

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. You must be able to form a binding contract (18 or older in most places) and you’re responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your credentials to yourself. Accounts are for building sites for real businesses you represent or are authorized to represent — not for storing files, probing our systems, or impersonating anyone.

Your first website build is free — one AI-generated site per account, yours to review in full before you spend anything. Building more sites, and rebuilding, comes with the Creator plan (section 6). The charges, all shown before you pay:

• $100 deploy fee (one-time): publishes your site live, with your first three months of hosting included.
• $10/month hosting: starts after those first three months and covers hosting, your domain connection, SSL, and security. A business owner who pays for their site’s hosting from their own login can choose $120/year instead, charged once a year in advance.
• Build packs (optional): extra website builds purchased in the product — 5 for $15, 15 for $36, 40 for $80. Pack builds never expire, and a failed build automatically refunds its credit.

Payments are handled by our payment processor on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your card number. The prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply. If we ever change pricing, changes apply to future purchases and renewals, never retroactively to money you’ve already paid.

Your published site lives at a free PagePlug address (yourbusiness.pageplug.ai), and you can connect a domain you own — we give you a couple of records to add where you bought it, and we handle the configuration and SSL. Your PagePlug address keeps working as a backup the whole time. Your domain registration itself (the yearly fee to whoever you bought the domain from) stays your responsibility.

When someone else builds a site for your business and sends you its login, the site’s hosting is yours to pay, on your own card. The first time you sign in, unless it is already on your card, you set it up, monthly or yearly, before the rest of your dashboard opens, and from then on the charges and the receipts are yours, not the builder’s. Nothing is charged before the site’s included months are up.

You can cancel hosting any time from your hosting page, or from your website’s dashboard if you pay for it from your own login. Your site stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for, whether a month or a year, then goes offline. We keep your site data, so re-subscribing brings it back. If a renewal payment fails, we don’t take your site down immediately: there’s a grace period while the payment is retried.

Deleting a website that is live and paying is different from cancelling, and we spell it out before you confirm. If you delete a live site: it goes offline immediately, your monthly hosting is canceled straight away so you are not charged again, and hosting time you have already paid for is not refunded. Everything stored with the site goes with it — the page, its address, uploaded images, and any enquiries from your contact form. You have to type the website’s full name to confirm, so it cannot happen by accident. If you would rather keep what you have paid for, cancel hosting instead: the site stays live until the end of your paid period, then goes offline, and you can delete it after that.

The deploy fee pays for publishing work that happens immediately, so once a site has been deployed that fee is non-refundable. Cancelling your hosting subscription stops all future charges, and hosting time you have already paid for, a month or a year, is not refunded. Deleting a live site cancels its hosting immediately and does not refund the remaining days you have paid for; the warning says so before you confirm, and cancelling instead keeps the site up until the end of that period. Build-pack purchases are non-refundable once the builds are added to your account; unspent pack builds never expire, and a failed build always refunds its credit automatically.

Creator is a $20/month subscription for people who build sites often. It includes 20 website builds per month (every build and rebuild past your free first site) plus editing tools on your sites. Unused builds don’t roll over: the count resets each billing cycle. Publishing any site still carries its own $100 deploy fee, and every published site has its own hosting. You may sell sites you build to clients. Your PagePlug account, the Creator plan and the deploy fees are yours to pay; the hosting of a site you built for a client is the client’s, set up on their own card from the login you send them (section 4).

You own what you give us — your business information, text, logo, photos, and video. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content for one purpose: building and hosting your website. Processing includes sending your answers and media to our AI provider to generate the site and to safety-screen uploads (details in the Privacy Policy).

The generated website is yours to use for the business it was built for — publish it with us, screenshot it, print it on a t-shirt. The PagePlug platform, brand, and the systems that build sites remain ours.

You’re responsible for having the rights to everything you submit (that includes photos and reviews), for the accuracy of claims your site makes, and for complying with the laws and licensing rules of your industry and location.

Every site must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We screen content automatically at build, edit, and publish time, and uploaded images are screened before they’re stored; humans review the edge cases. We may block a build, take a site offline, or close an account that violates the policy — and where content is illegal, we report it to the authorities. A site taken down for a policy violation stays down until the issue is resolved, even if its billing continues to renew; contact info@pageplug.ai to appeal.

We host on established infrastructure providers and engineer carefully, but no host can promise a service that never hiccups, and we don’t. The service is provided “as is.” We may improve, change, or retire features; if a change meaningfully affects a site you’re paying for, we’ll tell you.

To the fullest extent the law allows: we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages (like lost profits from your site being unavailable), and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t let us limit.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ASAP MARKETING L.L.C-FZ in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any dispute that we can’t resolve together informally will be handled by the competent courts there. Nothing in this section takes away consumer protections your own local law gives you where they apply.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll ask you to accept the new version the next time you use the app — we keep a record of which version you accepted and when. You can stop using PagePlug at any time; to delete your account and its data, email support@pageplug.ai. We may close accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
